Town Restaurant
THE PERFECT END TO YOUR DAY

What better way to finish your day than a table by the Singapore River complete with the city’s best barbecue menu

Since The Fullerton Singapore opened its doors on January 1st 2001, the hotel has been setting the standard for quality in Singapore. From its luxurious rooms to its fantastic restaurants and bars, the hotel has always given both locals and visitors evenings to remember.

Town Restaurant on the lobby level, with its mix of International cuisine, has led the way with an array of food that is constantly changing and improving. Now Town Restaurant has introduced another addition to its impressive menu – the Riverside Barbecue.

Overlooking the historic Singapore River, Town Restaurant’s Riverside Barbecue gives you a choice between an a la carte or set menu. From the a la carte menu, diners can choose from salads and soups, as well as a choice between seafood or meat – or a mix of both – from the barbecue (from $12*).

The set menu includes baked potato or pineapple fried rice, corn-on-the-cob or grilled tomatoes with herbs, a salad and a choice from two tantalising meat and seafood barbecue platter sets ($38* and $48* respectively).

Of course, all the barbecued items on the menu are also served up with a range of sauces specially prepared by Town Restaurant’s chefs. Also, for an additional $15* per person, diners can enjoy free flow of beer and lime juice to complement this fiery sizzling meal.

Post Bar
RELAXED ELEGANCE

After you’ve filled your stomach at Town Restaurant, you can’t go wrong with a few after-dinner drinks at The Fullerton Singapore’s Post Bar.

The Post Bar is not just your average hotel bar, it has also come to be known around Singapore as one of the better entertainment locations in the city. It’s very easy to sit back in the elegant surrounds with a cocktail, amongst the trendy ambience that has made the Post Bar a favourite with locals.

The Post Bar has a range of cocktails to choose from as well as the usual bar drinks like beer, wine, champagne and spirits. The cocktails are what this place is about though – be sure to try the Long Dragon, Caipiroska or the Merlion cocktail, all specialties of the Post Bar.
